We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support both financial and administrative functions. This role is suited for a hands-on individual who can work independently in a fast-paced SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• * Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• * Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger
• * Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet)

• * Assist in GST reporting and compliance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore
• * Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external accountants
• * Assist in filing, tracking, and maintaining contracts and agreements

• * Handle correspondence, including drafting of letters and emails
• * Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external parties
• * Support company secretarial and compliance matters

• * Assist the finance team by compiling and organizing supporting documents
• * Assist in payroll processing and staff claims

Requirements

• * Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• * Able t speak, read and write Mandarin
• * Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience (SME preferred)
• * Proficient in accounting software:

• o QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, SQL
• * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office:
• o Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• * Strong knowledge of GST and basic Singapore tax compliance
• * High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
• * Able to multi-task and work independently
