Looking for the following position:

• 1 x Assistance Field Service Support Engineer

• 1 x Field Service Support Technician

Job Description

• To identify and troubleshoot technical problems in different type of vending machine.
• To assist day to day operation
• To rebuild or repair cooling systems in different type of vending machine.
• Servicing / Refilling of Vending Machines
• Provide Tele-Support for after sales service 
• Attend On-site Fault call  
• Delivering of Ingredients to Customers
• Assisting Logistics when necessary

Requirements

• Possess a relevant certificate
• Preferable Electrical trained with at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Must possess valid driving license (Class 3 driving license) and willing to travel
• Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel

Work Location: Bencoolen
