Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to management and business teams
  • Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, reports, correspondence, and business documentation
  • Monitor and follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payment status
  • Maccurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, business activities, and management appointments
  • Support project tracking and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Assist in procurement, inventory monitoring, and operational coordination
  • Ensure all business documents are properly maintained and updated
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by management
