 What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the customer service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Solid computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

 What you'll be doing

  • Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about membership packages, personal training sessions, and fitness programs.
  • Handle customer complaints and work to resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Maintain an updated database of members and prospective clients.
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Monitor cleanliness and functionality of front desk, pantry and lounge areas.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and the overall customer service process.
