Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in operations or manufacturing management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in process optimization and problem-solving
- Good analytical, planning, and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Johor-based preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily company operations and operational performance
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate activities between production, engineering, quality, sales, and supply chain teams
- Manage operational budgets and control operating costs
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and team members
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for management review
- Resolve operational issues and support business continuity initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence programs
