We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Program/ Project Manager to join our Semiconductor Capital Equipment team. In this role, you will drive operational efficiency, optimize manufacturing processes, and enhance productivity in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production flow, reduce cycle times, and ensure cost-effective solutions for semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance production capacity.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies, Six Sigma methodologies, and automation solutions.
- Analyse production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements in factory layout, logistics, and materials handling.
- Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and process changes.
- Drive continuous improvement projects related to yield enhancement, defect reduction, and throughput optimization.
- Utilize data analytics, simulation tools, and statistical modelling to support decision-making and process enhancements.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring efficient ramp-up and scalability in manufacturing operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement in cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to enhance component reliability, availability, and manufacturability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Expertise in design for manufacturability (DFM) and supply chain optimization.
- Develop and implement VAVE strategies to meet cost reduction and value improvement targets.
