You will be part of a leadership team shaping enterprise-wide technology strategy with strong emphasis on reliability, compliance, and value realisation.

Responsibilities
You will define and execute the cloud and infrastructure strategy, roadmap, operating model, and technology direction across enterprise platforms. The role covers cloud modernization, landing zones, hybrid hosting, infrastructure-as-code, platform guardrails, reusable engineering patterns, and large-scale migration. You will also own service reliability, SLOs, observability, ITSM practices, incident and problem management, DR/BCP readiness, vendor governance, FinOps, and operational automation, including the adoption of AIOps to improve resilience and efficiency. A key part of the mandate is building high-performing teams across engineering and operations while embedding security, compliance, resilience, and cost discipline by design.

Requirements
You should bring at least 10 years of experience across cloud and/or infrastructure, with leadership responsibility spanning both engineering and operations in large-scale, high-availability environments. Strong experience in enterprise cloud platforms, landing zones, hybrid infrastructure, platform engineering, infrastructure-as-code, ITSM, SRE practices, SLOs, observability, DR/BCP, FinOps, and vendor management will be important. Experience in regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments with audit and compliance requirements would be highly relevant. This role will suit a strategic and execution-oriented leader with strong stakeholder management skills, commercial judgment, and a track record of driving transformation, standardization, and operational excellence at scale.
