Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Delivery

• Support Project Managers and Stream Leads in planning, coordinating, executing, and closing cybersecurity and operational resilience projects.
• Assist in project scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting outcomes.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
• Support adherence to project governance, PMO standards, and delivery timelines.

Cyber Threat Intelligence & Incident Analysis

• Assist in identifying, collecting, and organizing incident-related data across multiple operational and security domains.
• Support ingestion and management of data within Data bricks and other analytical platforms.
• Analyze incident reports, threat intelligence feeds, security advisories, and threat bulletins to identify emerging risks, attack trends, and notable incidents.
• Contribute to the preparation and publication of daily threat landscape bulletins covering cybersecurity threats, fraud activities, and financial crime risks.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk registers, issue logs, and governance artifacts.
• Support the development and tracking of project KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators.
• Prepare regular management reports highlighting project progress, risks, issues, and key achievements.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

Data Integration & Dashboard Support

• Assist in integrating and structuring data from multiple sources to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Support the development and maintenance of Data bricks and Power BI dashboards.
• Help ensure dashboards provide near real-time visibility into operational and cybersecurity risk domains.

Stakeholder Management

• Support engagement with internal stakeholders, business units, vendors, and project teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and ensuring stakeholder expectations are appropriately managed.
• Coordinate project activities and support effective information sharing across teams.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, document, and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Assist in developing mitigation and remediation plans.
• Track implementation of corrective actions and report progress to project leadership.
• Escalate significant risks and issues when required.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Support project reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with organizational policies, PMO frameworks, and cybersecurity governance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of Cybersecurity Operations, Incident Management, Threat Intelligence, Fraud Risk, or Financial Crime domains.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding tools.
• Exposure to Data bricks, Power BI, SQL, or data analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO practices.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
