Responsibilities
Job Accountabilities
Collaborate closely with suppliers on sample development and cost negotiation to ensure competitive pricing.
Monitor sampling quality and ensure all developments meet brand standards before presentation to customers.
Coordinate with external printers and production vendors to ensure accurate color management, high-quality output, and timely delivery.
Support Merchandising / Design Team in daily order follow up and purchase order process.
Work closely with internal departments to update quality standard and shipment status.
Maintain and update client database in the system, ensuring accuracy of records.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Merchandising, Textile, Fashion, or related disciplines.
1 year of relevant working merchandising experience.
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Detail-minded, responsible, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
