Position Overview
The Administration Assistant/ Sales Operation Assistant plays a vital supporting role in the Administration/ Sales Operation team to provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the company operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person in charge.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings or appointments; assisting with daily office logistics.
- Managing filing systems, ensuring documents and properties’ information are accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Assisting in updating and maintaining the databases and administrative records.
- Supporting general office needs, including stationery/inventory monitoring and replenishment coordination.
- Assisting with administration routines including data entry, documents verification and report preparation.
- Supporting any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors.
Qualifications:
F.5 or above, with 1-2 years related experience, preferably in real estate and agency administration field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good command in English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Great attention to details, self-organized to handle confidential information, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with great attention to details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Full-time
