Be part of a young and dynamic team in the fast‑growing electrical power system industry, what you will do:
- Responsible for proposal engineering and technical support for Medium Voltage / Low Voltage equipment, with a strong focus on the integration of software‑based solutions for digital asset monitoring.
- Coordinate with overseas engineering centers to prepare and review technical inquiries (e.g., PCMI) and support the timely development of customized designs where required.
- Define and develop the most suitable technical solution in close co‑operation with clients, sales teams, and internal engineering, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.
- Use software packages to configure electrical equipment, support system configurations, and validate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

- 負責中壓／低壓設備的投標工程（Proposal Engineering）、技術澄清與對內對外的技術支援，並著重於結合以軟體為基礎的數位資產監測解決方案。
- 與海外工程中心協調合作，負責準備與審查技術需求（如 PCMI），並在必要時支援客製化設計的及時開發。
- 與客戶、業務團隊及內部工程同仁密切合作，定義並開發最合適的技術解決方案，確保符合客戶規範及相關標準。
- 運用各類軟體工具進行電氣設備配置，支援系統組態，並驗證所提解決方案的技術可行性。
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in electrical engineering or related field.
- Relevant working experience in electrical engineering is strongly recommended.
- Experience with MV / HV distribution systems is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid technical knowledge of LV / MV / HV power distribution systems
- Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams
- Practical experience with substation equipment
- Basic AutoCAD skills for drawing review and mark-ups
- Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)

大學或以上學歷，主修電機相關科系。- 具備電機工程相關工作經驗者尤佳。
- 具備中壓／高壓配電系統相關經驗者為加分條件。
- 具備低壓／中壓／高壓配電系統之扎實技術知識
- 具備閱讀與理解單線圖（Single-line Diagram, SLD）之能力
- 具備變電站設備相關實務經驗
- 具備基本 AutoCAD 操作能力，能進行圖面審查與標註修改
- 具備良好的英語能力（包含聽、說、讀、寫）
- 具備良好的邏輯分析能力，能以批判性思維拆解與處理問題
- 具備主動學習精神與以解決問題為導向的思維
- 工作態度積極且注重細節
- 能獨立作業，亦能與跨部門團隊良好合作
