Molex Taiwan is now hiring a Warehouse Supervisor at our XinDian Facility. The Supervisor will utilize leadership, logistics experience, and communication to identify and convert change improvement opportunities related to people, process, and systems.

Our Team

You will be working within the Global Logistic division, specifically focusing on our warehouses in Molex Taiwan,. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments such as Shipping, Distribution Center, Production Line Supervisors, Planners, Customs, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

What You Will Do

1. Raw materials, semi-finished/Finished storage management

2. Responsible for planning and designing warehouse management systems and processes.

3. Ensure consistency between warehouse materials and records. 確保倉庫物料與記錄的-致性。

4. Responsible for planning and adjusting warehouse inventory and storage locations, proposing improvement plans, and ensuring the efficient use of warehouse space for all products within fixed quantities and capacities. 負責規劃和調整倉庫庫存及儲存位置,提出改善方案,並確保在既定數量和容量範圍內有效利用倉庫空間存放所有產品。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• REQUIRED: College graduated 大學畢業
• PREFERRED: Industrial Management section 工業管理學系畢業
• 3+ years in warehouse management experience3年以上倉儲管理經驗
• Computer(Excel, Word ) , Warehouse management• 電腦操作(Excel,Word),倉庫管理
• English proficiency: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing are at least intermediate level• 英語程度:聽,說,讀,寫至少達到中級程度。
