Responsibilities
Work Location: Singapore
Salary Range:$3500-$5000

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions
- Support progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
- Measure quantities and track project costs
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project team
- Assist in cost control and contract administration
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of QS experience in Electrical or ACMV works
- Basic knowledge of Singapore construction environment preferred
- Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and responsible
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
