We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of our vegetarian dining restautant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and strong team leadership while upholding the café’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and healthy dining.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
· Lead, supervise, and train service staff to maintain high service standards.
· Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally.
· Manage inventory control, cost management, and supplier coordination.
· Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
· Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
· Prepare reports on sales performance, staffing, and operational matters.
· Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure menu consistency and quality.
· Handle scheduling, manpower planning, and staff performance management.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Good understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and customer service.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
· Passion for vegetarian/healthy dining concept will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
