Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire high-quality academic and non-academic talents for the institution. This role will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to fulfill manpower requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruitment policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Recruit academic staff such as Lecturers, Senior Lecturers, Programme Leaders, Heads of Department, Deans, and Professors.
- Recruit non-academic staff across administration, marketing, student services, finance, IT, and operations departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry networks.
- Promote the institution's employer brand to attract quality candidates.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities.
Screening & Selection
- Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring recommendations.
Recruitment Administration
- Manage job advertisements and recruitment documentation.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
Reporting & KPI Management
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
- Ensure recruitment targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
Requirements Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting academic talents within colleges, universities, or educational institutions is highly preferred.
- Experience handling both academic and non-academic recruitment will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with MQA, MOHE, and higher education staffing requirements.
