Job Description:

• Monitor and process daily incoming orders from all online platforms.
• Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
• Check product expiry dates and product condition before packing.
• Ensure orders are complete and accurate before pick up/delivery
• Monitor store performance and seller ratings.
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
• Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams on new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis.
• Assist Marketing with campaign/promotion designs.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Survey and recommend strategies to improve online sales and profitability.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Management, or related field.
• Prefer 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations but will consider candidates who has no experience but demonstrates the right attitude
• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, Shopify or TikTok Shop is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic graphic design knowledge.

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
