Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused F&B Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located within Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, motivate and monitor service staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming and performance.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate table reservations and seating arrangements.
• Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and assist management with administrative duties.
• Ensure sales targets and service quality standards are achieved.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM1,485.78 - RM3,621.02 per month

Work Location: In person
