Job Description

• Work closely with vendors and production teams to improve part quality and ensure all ACRs are closed on time.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure on time delivery of lots to customers.
• Coach and guide team members in technical knowledge and skills.
• Prepare and submit incoming, delivery, and yield reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper filing and systematic retention of records.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices, including daily 5S implementation and compliance with safety requirements.
• Closely monitor shipping schedules, vendor deliveries, and individual KPIs.
• Follow up on attendance, delegate tasks, and schedule overtime based on manpower expertise and shipping capacity requirements.
• Communicate and interact effectively with top management and other departments.
• Perform routine audits to ensure only the latest approved drawings and specifications are in use and highlight any non-compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Possess at least five (5) years of post-qualification experience in QA methods.
• Familiar with QA interpersonal skill.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawing & GD & T.
• Independent, pro-active and strong technical skill.
