Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute purchasing activities based on company demand, stock levels, and sales forecasts.
• Source, select, and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely order confirmation and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstock.
• Analyze market trends, supplier pricing, and product availability to make buying decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Ensure all purchased goods meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Work closely with warehouse, sales, and planning teams to ensure smooth supply flow.
• Track shipment status and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, costing, and supplier databases.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly (price, quality, delivery, service).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Prepare purchasing reports, budget tracking, and procurement analysis for management.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
