• To assist in shipping and delivery schedule.
• To liaise with sales & marketing team and customer regarding delivery enquiries.
• To be responsible for delivery order, dispatch note, invoice, supply chain issuance and do matching accordingly.
• To perform data entry and maintain relevant records / document.
• To support overall warehouse administrative works.
• Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.

• Requirements
• Minimum SPM/ STPM/ "A” Level/ Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
• Meticulous, well organized and hardworking.
• Computer literate.
• Preferable having administration and warehouse operating experience.
• Willing to work for five and half days a week.
• Position will be based in warehouse located in Beranang, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
