Job Description

Responsibilities

Role Summary

To assist the in two core areas:

  • Quality Assurance (QA): Support ISO 9001:2015 documentation, internal audits, and KPI tracking.
  • Customer Service: Assist in quotation preparation, client follow-ups, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

A. Quality Assurance (QA) Support

  • Assist in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 documentation (SOPs, forms, records).
  • Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
  • Track and report KPI performance metrics as directed.
  • Help analyze quality data (e.g., non-conformance reports) and maintain logs.
  • Support the QA Manager in following up on corrective actions with project teams.

B. Sales & Commercial Support

  • Assist in preparing Quotation as per Customer Requirements.
  • Liaise with clients for RFIs, clarifications, and document submissions.
  • Maintain vendor and supplier database including pre-qualification records.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure work orders are issued and acknowledged.

Reporting to : Commercial & Contracts Manager
Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Experience : Fresh graduate (0–1 year)
Location : Megalift HQ / Port Klang

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
