Full Time Assistant QA Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,300 in TS Food Industry Sdn Bhd Ulu Tiram - Ricebowl

Job Responsibility:

• Conduct microbiological analysis for finished goods, raw material, line validation and shelf-life studies.
• Conduct microbiological analysis for environmental monitoring (surface & air), water and ice.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory documentations.
• Manage Halal renewals and new application.
• Maintains Halal documentations.
• Conduct yearly Halal internal audit and assist in external audit by MOH/customers.
• Conduct staff training (basic hygiene practices and Halal awareness).
• Conduct any ad-hoc requests from superior.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food manufacturing industry (laboratory work and Halal).
• Holds Professional Certificate of Halal Executive by JAKIM is an added advantage.
• Experience in GMP & HACCP is an added advantage.
• Meticulous and demonstrate attentiveness to food quality and safety.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (eg. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to work immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
