1. Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, practical classes, and other teaching and learning activities in accordance with approved curriculum and course outlines.

2. Develop and update teaching, learning, and assessment materials to support effective student learning and achievement of Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs).

3. Implement appropriate teaching and learning methodologies, including OutcomeBased Education (OBE), student-centered learning, and technology-enhanced learning approaches.

4. Prepare, administer, and evaluate assessments, examinations, assignments, projects, and practical assessments in accordance with institutional policies.

5. Monitor and evaluate student academic performance, attendance, progression, and learning outcomes.

6. Provide academic advising, mentoring, and guidance to students on academic and related matters.

7. Maintain accurate academic records and documentation, including teaching files, assessment records, attendance records, and course portfolios.

8. Participate in curriculum development, review, and enhancement activities to ensure programme relevance and quality.

9. Support programme accreditation, audit, quality assurance, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives in compliance with MQA and institutional requirements.

10. Engage in scholarly, research, publication, consultancy, or professional development activities relevant to the discipline.

11. Establish and maintain professional relationships with industry and external stakeholders to enhance teaching, learning, and graduate employability.

12. Participate in student development, co-curricular, community engagement, and institutional activities as assigned.

13. Serve on committees, task forces, and working groups to support institutional governance and operations.

14. Continuously enhance professional knowledge, teaching competency, and subject matter expertise through training and lifelong learning.

15. Perform any other duties, responsibilities, special projects, or ad hoc assignments as directed by the Immediate Superior, Programme Leader, Head of Department, or Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
