Guna Trading Hiring! Full Time Site Supervisor (Construction) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise all installation works undertaken by the company.
• Oversee daily site activities and workforce performance.
• Liaise and coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and in-house workers.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote a safe working environment.
• Perform site inspections with relevant parties upon completion of installation works to ensure compliance with approved design drawings and specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and installation works.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, work completion records, and progress claim documentation.
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and site resources to support project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of site supervision experience in construction, installation, or related projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Good knowledge of site safety requirements and regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ability to identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites as required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight project schedules.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and project documentation is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
