About the Company

Citra Kesom Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian functional beverage manufacturer specializing in fermented beverages and innovative health-focused products. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Production Executive to join our growing team and contribute to the production of high-quality fermented beverage products.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities.
• Monitor fermentation processes and production parameters to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Participate in daily production operations, including product preparation, processing, packaging, and related production tasks as required.
• Be willing to work hands-on in the production floor and multitask between operational and administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure production processes comply with food safety, quality, and hygiene requirements.
• Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and R&D teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor raw material usage and inventory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with MeSTI, Halal, and company SOP requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting production-related issues and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of working experience in food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with a strong passion for learning, relearning, and developing themselves in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong interest in fermentation processes, probiotics, and functional food/beverage production.
• Knowledge of MeSTI, Halal, and food safety systems will be an added advantage.
• Able to work both independently, minimum supervision and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to take on hands-on production responsibilities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
