Job Description: Warehouse Executive (Automation & Control Tower Operations)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technologically savvy Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day operations within a semi-automated, digitally enabled warehouse environment. This role ensures seamless execution of inbound, picking, and packing operations while leveraging Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and control tower visibility tools. The successful candidate will bridge operations, systems, and data to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Prioritize and instill safety awareness practices to staff all the time
• Integrate manual workflows with automation systems
• Support TMS-linked operations aligned with transport schedules
• Monitor automation systems and resolve operational issues
• Ensure accurate WMS and ERP transactions
• Utilize dashboards for control tower monitoring
• Lead, train and manage warehouse staff
• Maintain inventory accuracy and quality control
• Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and ISO 9001 compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience (automation preferred)
• Strong WMS & ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate and reporting tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
