Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, roadshows, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
- Manage event logistics including venue, registration, booth setup, vendors, materials, giveaways, and transportation.
- Ensure events are delivered professionally, on time, and within budget.
- Support pre-event, onsite, and post-event coordination and execution.
- Collaborate with marketing team on event promotions (EDMs, social media, WhatsApp campaigns, landing pages, and registration platforms).
- Coordinate speakers, vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth event execution.
- Track registrations, attendance, feedback, and leads generated.
- Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries.
- Assist in improving event processes, SOPs, and operational efficiency.
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Team player with good self-management and time management skills.
- Experience or understanding of event management.
- Disciplined in executing and following up marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge in online marketing, branding, social media, and copywriting is an advantage.
- Able to communicate clearly about technical/technology topics.
- Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
