Job Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide clear, knowledgeable guidance on motorcycle models, specifications, and financing options.
• Deliver detailed product presentations, highlighting technical features, performance, safety aspects, and key selling points of each motorcycle model.
• Assist customers throughout the entire sales journey, including price discussions, preparing quotations, handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns, offering effective solutions to maintain a positive buying experience from start to finish.
• Keep up-to-date with new motorcycle models, industry trends, and market developments to provide accurate information and strong recommendations to customers.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets by applying strategic selling techniques and building long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Administration, Marketing, and Service to support a smooth workflow and cohesive customer experience.
• Maintain regular contact with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and promote repeat sales or referrals.

Requirements

• Minimum education level of SPM or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer-focused, with a positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
• Genuine interest and passion for the motorcycle industry.
• Sales experience is an added advantage; however, fresh graduates or candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Key competencies include customer service, product knowledge, negotiation skills, and effective product presentation.

Work Details

• Location: 1,2,3,4&5, Pekan Batu 11 Jalan Balakong Cheras, 43200 Kajang, Selangor,
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm) , Saturday (9am-5pm)
• Salary Range: From RM1,800 to RM6,000 (per month) subjects to total generated sales.
