Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms. Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers with registration and purchasing processes.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and ensure effective resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records and daily reports.
• Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Sales Support, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Candidates who can start immediately will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
