Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with daily activities.
• Participate in project meetings and help prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate, and that all revisions are properly documented and communicated.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and surveys to assess project conditions, monitor construction progress, and collect relevant data.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations summarizing project progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Coordinate daily site activities with client, supplier, sub-contractors.
• Help with calculations, cost estimations and material testing.
• Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related field. Preference will be given to final year student.
• Strong technical and analytical attributes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
• Candidates residing nearby or within Pulau Indah will be given preference.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
