  • Position: Customer Service Advisor (CSSimplified)
  • Location: Malaysia (B2 Category)
  • Working Hours: Regular Office Hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Off on Saturday & Sunday)

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM 3,800 – RM 4,600 (Commensurate with experience)
  • Performance Incentive: Up to RM 300 KPI allowance monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate solutions regarding banking or insurance products/services via designated communication channels.
  • Language Proficiency: Deliver seamless support in both Mandarin and English to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Actively listen to customer grievances, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and escalate complex matters to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Data Management: Accurately log and update customer interactions and transaction details in the CRM system.
  • KPI Alignment: Meet and exceed individual performance metrics (KPIs) including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Job RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Education: Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the Insurance or Banking sector, preferably within a BPO or contact center environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in Mandarin and English.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid baseline understanding of banking processes, insurance policies, or financial compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial/insurance terms simply.
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
