VACANCY: FINANCE EXECUTIVE (GP CLINIC GROUP)

We are expanding our team at Klinik Utama 24 Jam Group and looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our HQ in Sungai Buloh.

Position Details

Position: Finance Executive
Location: HQ, Sungai Buloh
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and process payments, invoices, and claims.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Support budgeting, audit, and statutory compliance matters.
• Monitor branch financial performance and expenses.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in healthcare or GP clinic operations is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
