Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 (Basic) + Allowances
Location : PJ Trade Centre, Damansara
Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk (System Administrator) to provide first-level technical support and ensure the smooth operation of daily IT activities. The role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting end-users, and assisting in basic system and infrastructure administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support via ticketing system, phone, email, or on-site assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Log, track, and manage IT support tickets in accordance with SLA requirements.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel when necessary.
- Perform user account management, including setup, access control, and password resets.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support system updates, patching, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, incident records, and standard procedures.
- Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Provide responsive and user-friendly support to all employees.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking basics (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Active Directory or Windows Server is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and technical support skills.
- Good communication and customer service mindset.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
