Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business targets. The Sales Coordinator will manage customer inquiries, process orders, prepare sales reports, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and support daily sales operations
• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
• Maintain customer records and sales databases
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and forecasts
• Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service departments
• Monitor inventory and product availability
• Handle documentation and filing related to sales activities
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
