Job Responsibility :

• Responsible for day-to-day operation and maintenance of Windows Server and Active Directory supporting business-critical services.
• Assist in infrastructure implementation projects across production, testing, development, and disaster recovery environments.
• Participate in Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes, ensuring tickets/issues are resolved within SLA under guidance.
• Support system maintenance activities including OS updates and security patching.
• Troubleshoot and escalate system incidents, problems, and anomalies in a timely manner.
• Assist in creating and maintaining operational documentation and basic reporting.
• Support implementation of IT policies and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent environments.
• Develop and maintain basic scripts to automate routine support tasks for Windows-based servers.
• Coordinate with vendors for day-to-day operations and infrastructure support activities.
• Provide basic support for cloud infrastructure (AWS EC2), with exposure to server migration to cloud considered an advantage.

Job Requirements (Education & Experience):

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of working experience in Windows Server administration, IT infrastructure, or related field.
• Experience in IT Banking environment is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
