Responsibilities
FOREIGN WORKERS ADMINISTRATION
1. GT foreign worker administration.
2. Workers list report, highlighting whereabouts, status, and accommodation.
3. Send/coordinate workers for FOMEMA.
4. Send workers cash salary and pay slips, if any.
5. Collect and send documents/worker passport to/from HQ
6. Worker transfer forms.
7. Handle all workers complaints and issues.
8. Send/coordinate workers to immigration office to settle permit issues.
9. Handle safety/housekeeping related issues at KL and other work locations as required, support engineer.
STORE ASSISTANT
OTHERS
1. Deliver or collect cheques and documents when required by HR, Contract or Finance personnel;
2. Driver for director(s), standby from 9:30am to 19:30am, if any;
3. Able to outstation, based on the job requirement;
4. Carries out any other duties, ad hoc task as required by the superior from time to time.
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
