REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Mechatronic/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Electrical discipline; or any related engineering background
• Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing industry
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation drawings
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan, implement and maintain the equipment periodically to prevent any production/operation breakdown

2. Generate data reports and perform analyses on operational processes, headcount allocation, energy consumption and risk & safety process for improvement recommendation and implementation

3. Maintain and improve the database for accurate equipment history and data health analysis

4. Maintain and improve the current Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) system for critical equipment

5. Ensure the maintenance and service of equipment's meet the organizational and regulatory/authority requirements.

6. Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective/preventive actions
