Forest City Hotel Hiring! Full Time Technician Supervisor in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,200 - Ricebowl

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of engineering staff, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, emergencies, or guest related maintenance requests.
• Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials, coordinate procurement when necessary.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to technicians and junior staff.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, equipment history, and compliance logs.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment by all team members.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of hotel engineering or building maintenance experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and emergency procedures.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holiday.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,900.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
