Key Responsibilities

• Carry out quality inspection on raw materials, in-process panels, and finished products.
• Perform checking on panel thickness, width, length, surface condition, color consistency, and product appearance.
• Monitor production quality during lamination and panel processing activities.
• Assist in conducting basic testing such as peel strength test, dimensional checking, and surface inspection.
• Record inspection results and maintain proper QC documentation and reports.
• Identify defects, abnormal quality issues, or non-conformance during production.
• Inform superior immediately when quality problems are detected.
• Ensure all inspection activities follow company SOP and QC procedures.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and proper handling of QC tools and equipment.
• Support quality improvement activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and other departments to maintain product quality standards.
• Assist during internal or external audits when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong discipline, high reliability and dependability in handling repetitive, strict quality checking routine.
• Excellent tidy habits and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean, organized and safe workspace (5S)
• High attention to detail with the ability to strictly follow rigid guidelines and technical specifications without deviations.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing or QC environment will have added advantage.
• Basic knowledge in measurement tools such as Vernier Caliper or Micrometer is an advantage.
• Able to work in manufacturing / factory environment.
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to details.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
