Account Executive

Duties and responsibilities:

• Post accurate accounting records for all daily transactions.
• Perform invoice validation for PO and non-PO invoices.
• Daily and monthly account payable (AP) and account receivable (AR) function.
• Prepare all payments and remittances.
• To assist on the inventory control and other related field.
• Assisting in preparation of monthly cash flows and bank reconciliation
• Support in statutory tax & audit for compliance.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.
• Maintain month end listing and reconciliation.
• Actively support in E-invoicing activities
• Monitor inventory movement, stock balances, inventory aging, and inventory valuation.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and investigate stock variances and discrepancies.
• Conduct manufacturing variance analysis, including material, production, and cost variances.
• Coordinate stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
• Able to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time.
• To assist other ad-hoc tasks as required/assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,089.80 per month
