We are looking for a responsible and organised Part-Time/ Intern Admin or Assistant to assist with the daily operation of our tuition centre.
Job Responsibilities
1. Attendance & Class Coordination
2. Student & Parent Communication
3. Payment & Administrative Records
4. Maintain Cleanliness and Organized Environment for Centre Operation Support
Requirements
1. Able to communicate well in *English and Mandarin*. Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
2. Responsible, punctual, and organised.
3. Friendly and patient when communicating with parents and students.
4. Basic computer skills, such as WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Word, or Excel.
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Experience in tuition centre, school, or customer service is an advantage but not compulsory.
Working Hours
Part-time position, weekdays 4:*************PM.
