Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1.To participate in periodic internal, external audit and all other inspections to ensure effective implementation of all quality procedures and standards throughout the entire operation.
2.To liaise with QAQC team on the analysis results of incoming materials, production samples, in process products to enable action to be taken in the event of non-compliance.
3.To work together with the operation team for any quality data collection for analysis and project improvements.
4. Assists on validation and verification studies.
5.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/ Work instruction (WI) in according to the Company's required standard and expectation.
6.Assists on control process deviation and eliminate the cause of quality product thus reducing unnecessary wastage.
7.Prepare batch manufacturing record and its related documents to enable product’s manufacturing traceability and quality monitoring.
8. Establish operational, analytical and documentation standards aligned with production best practices.
9. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Preferably at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position but fresh graduates are applicable.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
