Job Summary:

• Responsible to ensure project quality delivery complying with client standards and requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers, site operation staff, vendors as well as contractors on ensuring the quality of the material delivery, site inspection and project documentation.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements (MOS) and relevant documentation
• Ensure compliance with company ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, company policies and customer requirements
• Conduct material receiving inspections, site inspections, verification checks and manage submission for site documentation
• Participate in meetings with customer, main contractors and other contractors for coordination on QA/QC activities
• Manage non-conformances, customer complaints and assisting with corrective and preventive actions
• Work closely with project managers, site operations staff, vendors to resolve quality issues and provide support for the team
• Provide support with the commissioning efforts onsite including support of onsite installation quality checks

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in QA/QC role within Instrumentation & Control or Building Management Systems
• Experience with onsite inspection, testing and commissioning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
