Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs tailored for engineering staff
Facilitate classroom, workshop, and hands-on practical training sessions
Prepare comprehensive training materials including SOPs, manuals, presentations, and assessment tools
Evaluate trainee performance and provide ongoing coaching and support
Continuously update training modules to reflect new technologies, equipment, and industry standards
Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify skill gaps and address competency needs
Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documentation
Support onboarding programs and competency development initiatives
Ensure safety and quality standards are embedded across all training activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Telecommunication Engineering (or equivalent)
3 to 5 years of experience as a technical engineering trainer
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Willingness and ability to travel overseas frequently
Solid domain expertise in Building Automation Systems (BAS), plant control logic, and hardware architectures for automation devices including area controllers and I/O modules
Knowledge of Niagara Framework, Building Automation, Analytics Technologies, and Web Technologies
Familiarity with instrumentation sensors and field communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet
Programming experience in C++ or Python is an added advantage
Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related protocols
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
