Responsibilities

**Shift rotational

Position : Application Support Specialist

Salary : RM 3,500 – RM 4,500

Location : Morning Shift (Desa Aman Puri, Kepong) ; Night Shift (Imazium,
Uptown Damansara)

Working Hours : Morning Shift (6.00am - 6.00pm) ; Night Shift (6.00pm - 6.00am)

Working Days : Follow a 4 days on, 4 days off work pattern, which includes weekends and public holiday as scheduled.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide technical support and operational assistance for business applications, ensuring stable and efficient system usage for clients. The role involves troubleshooting issues, supporting system deployments, and delivering user support and training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support and maintenance for clients, including POS and related systems.
  • Assist with system installation, configuration, and client onboarding (onsite and remote).
  • Conduct user training, system demonstrations, and product walkthroughs.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues within SLA timelines.
  • Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
  • Support system testing, validation, and minor configuration or customization tasks.
  • Prepare user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in on-call or standby support rotation when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Perform ad-hoc support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in application support, technical support, or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and networking concepts (LAN/WAN).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Customer-focused, patient, and professional in handling users.
  • Able to multitask, learn quickly, and work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in a support environment with on-call duties when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
