Position : Account Management Executive
Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road
Salary : RM 3,500 - RM 4,000
Working Hours : 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Management Executive to manage client relationships, oversee campaign performance, and support account growth. The role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, especially corporate and key accounts, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports for clients and management.
- Manage contract renewals and identify upselling or renewal opportunities.
- Verify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls before internal distribution.
- Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, campaign updates, and account activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure delivery of client requirements and campaign success.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin (mandatory), with good English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in account management, client servicing, or real estate/digital platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
