Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Assist in preparation for Western dishes such as slicing vegetables, portioning fries, preparing burger patties, cutting chicken, and marinating proteins.
2. Handle simple cooking tasks like boiling pasta, frying items assembling burgers, or preparing rice dishes under supervision.
3. Assist CDP/Demi Chef on pasta station, grill station, or fryer area.
4. Properly store ingredients such as cheese, sauces, herbs, and dough following FIFO.
5. Prepare basic sauces under guidance.
6. Maintain cleanliness of Western equipment pasta boiler, pizza oven trays, fryers, and grill.
7. Ensure daily mise en place is complete before service.
8. Guide Commis III in basic prep tasks.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and kitchen SOP requirements.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
