Job Description:

SINOVEST INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is looking for a responsible and reliable Lorry Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods while ensuring proper handling of products and maintaining the assigned vehicle in good condition

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a lorry to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Follow traffic laws and company regulations to ensure the safety of yourself, other drivers, and pedestrians
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling of items
- Inspect and maintain the lorry's condition, reporting any mechanical issues or damages
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including delivery schedules, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and address any concerns or issues
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Display strong teamwork and leadership abilities when working with other drivers and support staff
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges that may arise during deliveries

Requirements:

- Possess a valid GDL Licence.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Lorry Driver
- Secondary education or high school qualification
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving
- Familiarity with Selangor's roads and traffic regulations is preferred
