Summary:
Handles, moves and stores various non-hazardous and hazardous materials within a warehouse. In addition, main duties include loading and unloading different transport items, recording inventory statuses and ensure deliveries properly match purchase orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials from vendor or internal departments.
- Verify quantities received against purchase order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and MES systems.
- Arrange materials issuance for users and finished goods for shipment.
- Ensure all storage items are with required identification label.
- Ensure materials are handled and stored in a manner that preserves quality and prevents damage.
- Report any quality issues or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain warehouse area Safety and 5S.
- Other tasks assign by superior time to time.
Qualifications:
- Education level: SPM/ STPM, Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in material store handling is preferable.
- Capability: Proficient in MS Office, familiarity in ERP & material inventory management.
- Skill(s): Knowledge of inventory control, ability to lift heavy material and experience operating a forklift or pallet jack.
- Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English
