Responsibilities
1. Procurement, PO Issuance & Stock Ordering
· Assist the company in managing the full cycle of stock ordering, inventory forecasting alignment, and day-to-day procurement operations.
· Accurately prepare, verify, and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to various international and local manufacturers and suppliers.
· Communicate and liaise effectively with overseas suppliers from multiple countries, mainly Southeast Asia countries and China.
· Track closely POs quantity vs actual receiving, resolve order discrepancies or quality variances directly with suppliers.
2. Shipping, Container Tracking & SQL Data Entry
· Oversee international freight shipping and container importation processes from origin port to our warehouse facilities.
· Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistic partners to secure smooth customs clearance and timely haulage without any delay.
· Proactively track and manage all incoming container statuses, providing regular updates on ETA changes.
· Execute accurate data entry by performing Goods Received (GR) updates in the SQL System immediately upon physical receipt and verification of items.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
